SCHEDULE OF EVENTS FOR THE 2011 FALL STRENGTH CHALLENGE HELD AT LEVEL 10 CROSSFIT

Male athlete check-in and warm-up (Heats are set-up to be based, for the most part, alphabetically starting with the first letter of your last name) If your last name is towards the front of the alphabet then carefully plan your arrival to allow time to check-in and warm-up before the start of wod #1. This can also be determined by looking at the first digit of your athlete number.
For example: 11 Ben Alderman is in the first heat based on his last name, and in accordance with the first digit (1) of his athlete number. While athlete 84 Colin Switzer is in the eighth heat based on his last name, as well as the first digit (8) of his athlete number. Athletes who registered late or who took the place of another athlete were placed in the open spots regardless of last name.
Note: Athletes will be competing in the same heat order through the first three workouts. Afterward the order will be determined by the standings from the previous workouts.
