Amy Hayse is a Level 10 Crossfit family member and has suffered a serious tragedy. This years Strength Challenge proceeds will go DIRECTLY to the family to assist in medical costs and other necessities. Online monetary donations are being accepted now. What's It All About?
The "Fall Strength Challenge" is a annual strength biased Crossfit Competition held at Level 10 Crossfit in Oroville, Ca.
Farmers walks, sled pulling/pushing and sandbags are all tools that have been used in the past to challenge competitors in ways that may not find inclusion in most Crossfiters daily programming.
It is always a fun and challenging event. And we look forward to seeing you there whether as a competitor or a spectator.
